We accept each and every return made to us by our customers, within a maximum period of one week after the purchase of them. Not counting how long they will be in the hands of the post office or at any parcel agency, both back and forth. However under these three conditions:
A- That the items are not damaged, nor in appearance of having been used, and with all their original packaging. B- We will pay the shipping costs if it is proven that we have made the wrong product. Whether the customer wants a product change or their return. Although it is something very difficult to happen, since we have our products very well labeled and cataloged. C- The customer will pay the shipping costs in case there is no reason to justify the return (wrong in the product).
Note: Items prepared for shipment are supervised one by one so that in no case does any item that damages the reputation we are building for our store come out of our premises.
Shipping costs are free on purchases over 150 euros and for lower orders are 12 euros for the peninsula, for the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands consult price.
Bank transfer: Once the availability or delivery times of the product(s) have been confirmed and accepted by the customer, you transfer the agreed amount to our bank account. Once the transfer is received, we proceed to the management of the order. The shipment of the material in this form of payment will be made when we receive in our account the amount of the transfer. Sending supporting documents will not shorten the delivery time
Paypal / credit card: You can pay with your Paypal account or with your credit card through the paypal gateway that you will access through our shopping cart system if you select this payment method. The payment process is done on Paypal's secure servers. This payment method carries a commission of 3% of the value of the material.
Orders over 600 euros cannot be placed with cash on delivery, only payment by paypal or bank transfer is accepted.
When placing the order the store automatically adds the shipping costs, showing them before you confirm the order. We usually send items to our customers through parcel agencies (DHL or MRW)
In the event that you do not find a shipping option for residing outside Spain, just contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you by providing you with the solution.
Orders in stock are shipped within 48/72 hours, and if for any unforeseen items the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. And we'll make you choose between:
* A wait no more than a week for us to send it to you. * Exchange it for another item. * Or refund the amount paid.
In the event that you go to buy more than 1000 euros please contact us as we could give you a special discount for large purchases.
All expenses (Cabildos, Aforos, Customs Management, Taxes, Fees and any other lien) generated by the purchase (import) will be borne by the customer.

Products such as up-to-date catalog tickets may be in the section soon or they may be attached to the catalog with the price set as 0.0o, this second option is valid to make a reservation.
The products marketed by Desonido.es S.C., are covered by a warranty period of one year (except consumables), except for the individual and specific conditions of each manufacturer, which vary by product. The warranty of a product will only be accepted if it has not been handled by unauthorized personnel and the material has not been misused. You must always be edated by your corresponding purchase invoice.
Desonido.es S.C. may change the price of any product at any time without prior notice.
Desonido.es S.C. can publish a product on its website without having stock of storage and without having a date of entry into storage.
Orders placed by Buyer Customers may not be cancelled without express authorization by Desonido.es S.C. If such cancellation entails costs of any kind, they will be borne by the Customer.
The shipping costs to your order are 12 plus VAT if your purchase is less than 150 euros and free shipping when it is more than 150 euros
The delivery of goods in stock can be guaranteed within 24 to 72 hours, in provincial capitals and localities that are not subject to reshipment, both in the Peninsula and in the Balearic Islands. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery time will be confirmed at the request of the same.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping, if you choose the gift option it will carry a separate cost.
